We supply the regular Tamarind Extract of 65-degree Brix called Ordinary Tamarind Concentrate. Ordinary Tamarind Concentrate ( OTC ) 65 degree brix is produced from fresh, ripe seedless Tamarind through a water extraction process. The new crop is used to ensure freshness, flavor, natural color and long shelf life of the product. No filler, artificial preservative or additive is used, thereby making the product 100% pure, safe and natural - becoming an "Organic" product by default. The Tartaric Acid content between 9 - 14% in Tamarind Concentrate 65 degree brix acts as a natural self preservative. As such, no preservatives are added to Tamarind Concentrate 65 degree brix.
