All those who contribute to its operation, such as agents, owners, operators, and employees, are collectively referred to as "Website" and/or B2B TradeMart.
• Website Content: All materials shared with the website—such as layout, design, text, graphics, images, video, hyperlinks, web pages, documents, data posted, and interactive elements are website content. This site allows both registered and unregistered users to contribute content.
• Third-party content: It refers to all the content collected from users and/or anonymous users or paid content providers on our website. It is not limited by the Company name, address, contact details, company profile information, trade leads, buy leads, catalogs, inquiries, or paid write-ups.
• Visitors: Anyone who accesses or uses b2btrademart.com, whether purposefully or accidentally, whether initiated by the User or by the website, is a "Visitor."
• Subscribers: Subscribers to lists or Newsletters are referred to herein as "Subscribers".
• Registered Members: Registration is the process of creating an account on b2btrademart.com. Whether companies or visitors register their account at b2btrademart.com with unique LOGIN credentials, they are recognised as Registered Members.
• Paid Members: Registered Members who make payment on B2B TradeMart are considered Paid Members. It might not be a one-time payment. Paid membership is subject to any plan upgrades. A registered member is not a paid member unless the website accepts the payment. A Paid Member becomes a Registered Member when the subscription is updated on our end.
• Services: Subscriptions or any solution to your queries are part of the B2B TradeMart service.
• Users: Regardless of registration, any person who accesses or navigates through our site is defined as a User(s). Business partners also fall under the term "User (s) with a right to access contracts. 
• Verified: The "Verified" stamp on BuyLeads means our team has interacted with the Lead owner to confirm their buying interest. It should not be misinterpreted as a stamp of approval or a certificate from B2B TradeMart proving the legitimacy of the Lead Poster. Users are advised to carefully review everything posted on the lead before conducting business with them.

• Agreement: These Terms & Conditions will be considered as "Agreement".

General

• b2btrademart.com is an online b2b marketplace where sellers and buyers interact. It allows them to collaborate and trade. We do not interfere in their dealings. (sales, purchases, negotiations, etc.) 
• Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing a form of partnership, franchiser-franchisee, joint venture, employer-employee, or/ buyer-seller relation between any users and the website.
• Headings in this Agreement are provided only for reference and do not define, describe the scope, extent, or limit any of such sections.

Parties to the Terms of Agreement

• The purpose of this Agreement is to cover all users of b2btrademart.com, affiliates, whether paid or unpaid, or all subscribers to lists or newsletters, whether paid or unpaid.

User Eligibility

• Access to b2btrademart.com is limited to persons legally entitled to enter into contracts under applicable law. Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, incompetent to contract users, including minors, undischarged insolvents, etc., are not eligible to use our website to revoke membership. Minors (under 18 years of age) are not permitted to register as members on B2B TradeMart. We reserve the right to deny access to the website to any minor and to revoke membership. Failure to access or use our site results in the membership being suspended or terminated by us, unless we specifically invite them to use it. If a person registers as a business, they represent and warrant that they have the authority to bind the company to this Agreement.

Posting Information on Website

• Using this website conveys your confirmation to share any information publicly, allowing all our users to view it. All information collected from the User becomes the exclusive property of our web-based platform—we may use it for commercial purposes without further permission or additional consideration. Users should only communicate the information that they are comfortable with the website using in any way, including making it public. One will not have any ownership rights, including copyright rights, in such information.
• All B2B TradeMart users confirm and agree that any information they provide to the website will not: 
  1. Neglect any applicable law, statute, or regulation;
  2. Include misleading information or make fake offers;
  3. Take part in any fraudulent activity to defraud other B2B TradeMart Users or for any other illegal reason;
  4. Share or post any content that spreads false claims, threatens, or harasses others illegally;
  5. Post anything that contains offensive pornography, or sexually explicit or harmful content to minors.
  6. Any material that treats users unfairly for their sex, disability, race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or age;
  7. Upload any spam material or something that harasses others, take control over anyone's privacy, or encourage illegal activity that could cause a criminal offense, lead to civil liability, or neglect any law or regulation;
  8. Solicit businesses from any User in connection with commercial activity with the competitors of b2btrademart.com;
  9. Upload anything with viruses or harmful code that could disrupt systems or take data. 
  10. Direct or indirect linking or including descriptions of goods/services is strictly prohibited under the prevailing law.
  11. Otherwise, create any liability for b2btrademart.com or its affiliates.
• Providing any irrelevant information to other users is opposed by B2B TradeMart. We do not permit the right to share or submit any irrelevant information to other users. Such conduct includes posting off-topic questions, trade offers, and interaction.
• If we find any user sharing information that violates this Agreement, the User will be subject to actions, which may include, but are not limited to, removal from data, termination of services, and blocking messages.

Repeated Similar Postings

• When similar data is posted repeatedly by a user, whether manually or through any automated source, it will be recognised as spam. It may lead to actions, including but not limited to the termination of business activities such as buy requirements, trade leads, and other offers on our site.
• If any user is caught accessing our website to circulate SPAM messages and information to other B2B TradeMart users, the User may be terminated from our database without prior notice.

Transactions between Users

• Users hereby confirm their awareness of the risks of dealing with people who are performing under pretenses on our website. You are advised and encouraged to take due precautions before finalizing any deal with other users of the website.
• Users conducting transactions through this website, with full acknowledgement of the risks of sale and purchase transactions, confirm their readiness to bear the liability or harm of any kind in connection with such transactions if they still access b2btrademart.com to conduct them. These risks shall include, but are not restricted to, fraudulent schemes, misleading/falsified products and services, defective quality, damage or risky products, breach of specifications, illegal products & services, costing mistakes, delay in delivery or default payment, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and transportation accidents.
