Silicone Emulsion HS for GLOSS, SHINESILICONE HS emulsion is a water dilutable release agent having dimethyl polysiloxane together with non-fugitive1, essentially non-ionic emulsifier. It is an effective and widely used release agent for rubber. WACKER SILICONE HS provides following advantages over conventional dimethyl polysiloxane emulsions: Imparts excellent shinning on natural rubber surface and also on EVA sheet. Excellent mould release agent for rubber. Leaves no tarry, carbonaceous residue on the mould. Has good emulsion stability, both as supplied and in diluted form. Stable at temperatures as high as 50ºC and as low as 0ºC. Low cost. Features Easy processing. Perfect gloss. Perfectly even coating Soft and smooth finish. Applications 1) Shining of rubber surfacea) Rubber Slipper: WACKER SILICONE HS imparts excellent shining on rubber strip as well as inner surface of the slipper. It can be applied by simple brushing on the rubber surface.Best result is obtained when WACKER SILICONE HS is used in 1:1 ratio with water. b)Bicycle Tyre: WACKER SILICONE HS creates a bright shine on bicycle tyres. Here, it is used in the ratio of 1:1 with water. 2) As a Release Agenta)Slipper Sheet (Hawai Sheet): Generally, Sheet dimension is 6mm to 12mm thick having area 36″x 36″. WACKER SILICONE HS gives excellent release of the sheet from the mould. For better release, fresh coating is required every time on the mould surface. Coating can be applied by spraying in the ratio 1:5 with water. b) Micro Cellular Sheet: This sheet is required for lower portion of slippers. Sheet dimensionis 1mm to 8mm thick having area 36″ x 36″ or 30″ x 30″. Here, WACKER SILICONE HS is used as a release agent from the mould. Application process is similar to Slipper sheet as above. c) Banwar Sheet: This sheet is necessary for upper portion of the slipper. Sheet dimension is almost 1mm to 8 mm thick having area 36″ x 36″ or 30″ x 30″. Here, WACKER SILICONE HS is used as a release agent from the mould. Application process is similar to Slipper sheet as above. d) Bicycle paddle and brake shoe: WACKER SILICONE HS is used as a mould release agent and can be used directly or in 1:1 ratio with water. e) Bicycle tyre: WACKER SILICONE HS is an effective release agent in the manufacturing of bicycle tyre. WACKER SILICONE HS is being used directly or in 1:1 ratio with water. f) EVA Sheet: For the manufacture of EVA sheet, WACKER SILICONE HS is used as a release agent. For effective release, WACKER SILICONE HS can be used in 1:5 ratio with water.
