Manufacturing Process: Hydrogenation: Castor oil undergoes hydrogenation to convert unsaturated fatty acids into saturated ones, improving stability. Ethoxylation: The hydrogenated castor oil is treated with ethylene oxide, producing PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, which enhances its solubility in water. Purification & Filtration: The final product is refined for use in cosmetic formulations.
