Nettles are perennials, which means they don't have to be reseeded each year to grow back insubsequent years. They are also naturally resistant to diseases and pests and, unlike cotton, don'trequire pesticides to flourish. They also grow well in rainy climates and in areas unsuitable for othercrops.The fibres can be long, which produces high-quality fabric. The taller the nettles, the stronger the fibre.The fibres are hollow and provide natural insulation, so fabric made from nettle fibres keeps thewearer cool in the summer and warm in the winter.The fabric produced from nettles is finer than hemp fabric and comparable to or even softer thancotton. It also has natural fire resistance. We have facility of dyeing and processing of all type of fabric up to 136" width, with machinery ranging from wider width stenter, jiggers, soft flows, drying range, hydro extractors, tumblers & winches, which provides us the capability of dyeing and processing fabric like polyester, cotton, P. C. Blend, jacquard, chenille, viscose/cotton, velvet, towels, jute, and woollen. We are also dyeing and processing fabric for various export houses as per their standard & parameters.
