Description CONPROOF PC 100 is a ultra high-range water reducing admixture based on polycarboxylate chemistry for concrete and mortars. It meets the requirements for superplasticizers according to ASTM C 494-88 Type F & IS 9103 -2003 . Uses CONPROOF PC 100 facilitates extreme water reduction , excellent flow ability and at the same times imparts optimal cohesion and highest self compacting behaviour . CONPROOF PC 100 is used for the following types of concrete Precast concrete Self compacting Concrete with highest water reduction ( up to 40%) High strength concrete High water reduction, excellent flowability , coupled with high early strengths, have a positive influence on the above mentioned applications . Advantages Produces cohesive and non-segregating concrete mixture. Extremely high water reduction ( resulting in high density and strengths). Increased compressive strength and flexural strength performance at all ages. Providing faster setting times and strength development Excellent flowability (resulting in highly reduced placing and compacting efforts) Improved shrinkage and creep behavior Reduced rate of carbonation of the concrete Enhanced finishability and pumpability Chloride free and does not attack reinforcement Selection & Specification Data Shelf Life One year in original unopened containers. Shall be kept in cool and dry place. Packaging Supplied in 100, 200 Kg. pack Special packs may be available on request. Instruction for use -Dry mix cement, aggregate and sand. -Add 50% of required water and mix the mass to make it moist.
