The product is available as per the shade card in 18 shades which are totally alkali stable and resistant to UV and IR rays, The product is highly flexible and electrometric with strong anti-carbonation properties and allows the concrete surface to breathe normally.Primary Uses : Perma Flex Coat is used to provide a water proof and anti-carbonation coating for the external RCe walls as well as masonry walls Perma Flex Coat is applied to external wall surfaces to make them resistant to algae, fungus, carbonation, UV and IR rays from the sun Perma Flex Coal is used to make the external colored finish long lasting Also Available In: Pack size: 15kg and 50kg packs available Advantages : Perma Flex Coat is water based, hence easy to apply with brush roller or airless spray and is non toxic and environment friendly Perma Flex Coat can be built up to thicknesses and with proper rollers architectural texture finishes can be achieved Parma Flex Coat makes the surfaces algae and fungus free and protects the walls from carbonation attacks Direction For Use: Primer: Clean the surface thoroughly with water to remove all loose particles. Apply a coat of Perma Multi Prime. After 8 to 12 hours of the primer coat apply Perma Flex Coat. Perma Flex Coat shall be applied in two coats at intervals of 12 to 24 hours between coats with a painters brush or suitable rollers. However the first coat of Perma Flex Coat shall be diluted with 25 % water. Surface Preparation: Clean the surface with pressure jet of water to remove all loose material. Thoroughly clean and remove mould release oil etc. from the RCC surfaces. Repair all cracks by widening into "V" shaped grove and filling them with this. On the dead walls cut a groove of size 6mm X 6mm in the plaster as a stress release joint on the centre of the column and the beam positions and fill the joint before application of the Perma Flex Coat.
