The monolithic CMOS devices ADG211A and ADG212A each include four individually configurable switches. They are built using an improved LC2MOS architecture that has a higher signal handling capacity of 15 V. High switching speeds and low RON are further features of these switches. ADG211A and ADG212A have four SPST switches each. Only the inversion of the digital control logic distinguishes them. When driven concurrently in multiplexer applications, all switches display break-before-make switching behaviour. Low charge injection is built into the design to ensure minimal transients while switching the digital inputs.
