If thickness is not achieved in one spray, apply again. Keep the die rotating while spraying CRAFTCOTE-CEN (M), so as to get uniform coating thickness. Now pour the metal. After removing casting, again clean the die surface and apply coating bysame procedure.CRAFTCOTE-SNSpecial Inoculation CoatingApply CRAFTCTOE-SN as it is on sand mould/core by brushing. If the permeability of sand is more then we recommend to have a precoat with zircon or other mixed refractory water based coating. Dry the coating and then apply CRAFTCOTE-SN. Dry it in oven at 120° C for 1 hr. Ensuring removal of moisture from the coating. Mould/Core is then ready for pouring.
