Alliance Winding Equipment, Inc. was incorporated in 1986 and the company quickly attracted a team of skilled engineers, machinists, and toolmakers with decades of experience in electric motor production machines. On September 1, 2014, Alliance Winding Equipment, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Khorporate Holdings, Inc., a family of technology, automation, and production companies. Alliance Winding Equipment, Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers of individual machines, multi-process machines, and complete systems for motor and generator production. Alliance Winding Equipment, Inc. offers automatic systems to assemble the stator, rotor, and frame of the motor and generator.

Joyal Products, Inc. was founded in 1947 and was acquired by Alliance Winding Equipment, Inc. in 2004. Joyal is a world leader in the production of magnet wire fusing equipment. Through the years, Joyal has developed many specialized machines in magnet wire diffusion bonding, resistance staking, and solid-state brazing focuses.

Newtech Ltd. was founded in 1980 and became the top brand in resin/varnish impregnation technology. Alliance Winding Equipment, Inc. acquired Newtech Ltd. in 2004 and the technology continued to be engineered for larger systems with higher output. AWE Newtech Ltd. is a world leader in equipment that applies insulating resins and varnishes to stators, rotors, and armatures and in robotic equipment that applies adhesives, sealants, gasketing materials, encapsulants, and potting compounds.
