Universal Oil Seals Mfg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed name for almost all the requirements of Moulded Rubber Products suitable for use in the Automotive and Non Automotive Sectors. The Company has been a trusted source for these Components in the domestic Scenario for over 30 years.
Rubber Components such as Oil Seals, “O” Rings, Gaskets, Bushes, Rubber to Metal Bonded Parts, Packing sets, Fabric Seals, etc. are continuously being manufactured and supplied as per customers specifications.
The Company caters to the Customers requirement from thousands to as low a quantity as 06 Nos. per order. Universal Oil Seals has a flexible set-up with all departments in-house which gives the advantage of ful-filling customers requirements specifically and that too in low quantities. The Company has an in-house tool-room for manufacturing of Moulds and precisely machined-parts for Rubber to Metal Bonded Products. A moulding department for Moulding various products upto 900 mm diameter; a Sheet Metal Department for manufacturing of Sheet Metal Components; In-house Mixing Department to prepare Compounds suited to customers specific requirement of Polymer Properties; Trimming, Finishing & Packing Department.
In addition to these the Company has also Testing Equipments like Universal Testing Machine, Lip Opening Pressure Testing Machine, Endurance Tester for Oil seals, Oven for Ageing etc.
As such over a period of thirty years, the Company has manufactured more than a few thousand sizes and types of Oil seals, “O” Rings, Packing Sets and custom moulded products. A comprehensive size list is not included with this brochure. The Company can Manufacture & Supply a product based on samples or drawing provided by the customer along with the Polymer required or simply can ask for recommendation of Polymers for a suitable application.
Oil seals are manufactured as per standard IS-5129, DIN-3760, BS-2751 and as per customer’s specifications.
“O”Rings are manufactured as per standard IS-9975, BS-4518, BS-1806 and as per customer’s specifications.
